BE MOVED, PILATES!

We will resume Pilates Classes on Tuesday, June 14, 21, 28, July 5 and 12th, from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. at Calvary. To continue, we will need at least five participants to pre-register.  The five-week course costs only $30.00 - quite a bargain! Scholarships are available based on need.  What is Pilates?  It is a movement class designed to get our breath flowing.  Led by Pilates Instructor, Laura Porter Blackburn, we will explore gentle life-giving movement to stretch and awaken the muscles, energise the bones, and expand and deepen the natural function of the breath to cleanse and sustain our whole organism. The Spirit of God has made me, the breath of the Almighty gives me life.  Job 33:4.  To pre-register, please see Callie.  Forms are available in Frazier Hall.
