Property:
The Property Committee report was given by Clyde Warner.

o Sink hole in the parking lot – the #18 parking slot has developed a large
sink hole. Systems Parking manages the lot and has
filled the hole.
o Altar rail – still looking for another “fixer.”
A stone bench for the burial ground has been donated.

Finance:
Jim Barnes presented the financial statements for the month of July,
2008.
The restricted altar fund account has been reconciled.
Clyde Warner made the motion to accept the Treasurer’s Financial Reports
for July, 2008; seconded by Ginger Ray. Motion carried.
The next Finance Committee meeting is tentatively scheduled for September
21.

Larry Frederiksen is gathering information for the 2009 Vestry Retreat. He

Emily Schwartz reported that eight parishioners have registered for Education
for Ministry which is offered by The School of Theology at the University of
the South (Sewanee). The Youth-Parent Luncheon is set for September 7 following

Fr. Morris reported that parishioners will be receiving a confidential

is holding meetings.
Book of Hours:
Fr. Morris reported that the Book of Hours is currently in safe keeping
at the
