The Consortium of Endowed Episcopal Parishes
Calvary is a member of the Consortium of Endowed Episcopal Parishes and one of two parishes that are members of CEEP in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The Consortium exists to facilitate communication among its members and to give them the information and inspiration they need in order to maximize their endowments for their ministries.
For the last two years, Calvary has sent delegates to CEEP's annual convention to learn from peer churches and bring home new learnings to infuse into life at Calvary. Calvary continues to increase its involvement in CEEP.
CEEP 2020 in Louisville, Kentucky
In 2020, Louisville, KY will be the host city for the CEEP conference. Calvary is pleased to be the host parish for this premier continuing education event for Episcopal churches throughout the U.S. The goal of this annual gathering is to send attendees home with inspiration for another year of ministry. In 2017, over 700 people attended this conference including a delegation of five members of Calvary Episcopal Church.
The conference will be held at the newly constructed Omni Hotel in downtown Louisville. As Calvary is located in the downtown area, Calvary will welcome CEEP delegates and showcase our urban ministries and inspiring worship.
